Use of the Services and websites provided by Bladeresearchinc.com (hereinafter referred to as ‘Bladeresearchinc.com‘, ‘complexwriting‘, ‘we‘, ‘us‘ or ‘our‘) by you (hereinafter the ‘Client‘, ‘you‘ or ‘your‘) is subject to the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the ‘Terms‘) and to Bladeresearchinc.com’s Privacy Policy.

Bladeresearchinc.com and the Client are hereinafter collectively referred to as the ‘Parties‘ and individually as ‘Party‘.

Acceptance Of The Terms

By visiting this website or registering for the Services offered on the website, you accept these Terms. If you order Services on behalf of a company or any other corporate body, you must be the legal representative of said company or corporate body, or have obtained its express permission.

In the event of failure to comply with these Terms, or any other right held by Bladeresearchinc.com, we reserve the right to close your Client account and to take all the measures necessary to safeguard our interests.

Bladeresearchinc.com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. In the event of such an amendment, we will immediately post the new Terms online. Your active use of the Services provided by Bladeresearchinc.com following the publication of the updated Terms will constitute your full acceptance of said Terms.

Description Of Services

TUTORING SERVICE

– Students are eligible to use the Services of Bladeresearchinc.com if you are a studying seeking Tutoring Services online and you are aged 14 or over however, you must review these Terms of Services with your parent or guardian to ensure that youand your parent or guardian understand and agree to it. Also, confirm that all information you provide to register an account on the Website must be accurate and complete.

– Students are not authorized to use the Services of Bladeresearchinc.com if you previously had registered account(s) suspended or closed by Bladeresearchinc.com.

– User registered on the Bladeresearchinc.com site must not use the Services with multiple accounts. Only one account is allowed to single user.

– You are completely responsible for keeping the confidentiality of your account, Username, and password of the account registered with Bladeresearchinc.com.

– By registering your account with Bladeresearchinc.com, you agree that you will not sell or share or otherwise transfer your account or any other rights to anyone else.

– Student, being User at Bladeresearchinc.com must notify immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password.

– Bladeresearchinc.com has the right to terminate or block your account for any reason at its sole discretion without any notice and without any liability.

You are exclusively in charge for the content you submit through or in connection with Bladeresearchinc.com Services including but not limited to our Community Forum Services. You must comply by the following rules, as Bladeresearchinc.com may terminate the responsible accounts in addition to removing any unsuitable or prohibited content you put on its Website, and/or immediately report such activities to law enforcement authorities as appropriate. PROOFREADING AND EDITING SERVICES

The editing and proofreading service allows Clients to submit content to be corrected by an Author. Proofreading covers the vocabulary, grammar, spelling, punctuation and syntax used in the content. Changes to the structure and style of the Content may also be requested, provided the Client selects the appropriate editing service. Otherwise, the Author shall not be obliged to make changes to the structure or style. If the Client so desires, they may ask the Author to limit the check to one or more of these elements. In such cases, the Client must explain as clearly as possible in the Initial Request defining the project.

COPYWRITING SERVICE

The copywriting service allows Clients to purchase original content on a given topic and to meet a specific need. Following the Initial Request, the Author conducts the necessary research on the subject in question, then writes Content that corresponds to the criteria set out by the Client in terms of word count or type of vocabulary.

Placing An Order

Orders for content will be placed by the registered user through their account. The turnaround time begins not upon receipt of the order, but rather on the date and time when Bladeresearchinc.com is able to confirm that the directions and instructions provided are clear enough to start working on a project despite the start date reflected by the system. If we find that our writers need a more detailed explanation of your project, we will make every attempt to contact you in order to get the correct information and/or clear directions in a timely fashion.

We keep all order information for a period of three months, allowing you to come back with further instruction to commence with your order during that time. After three months you will be required to place a new order with Bladeresearchinc.com.

If you decide that you wish to cancel the order, this must be done within 15 days of placing it. We will at this point refund your money minus the 15% service fee barring that no work has begun on the project.

Payment

At no time will an order be started until the correct payment has been received by Bladeresearchinc.com.

Client Instructions

As a part of placing your order with Bladeresearchinc.com, we ask that you complete a comprehensive form detailing the type of content you require. We will strive to meet your instructions to the best of our ability, and will attempt to contact you with diligence if there is some question about your order.

The word count is an estimate only, and will not be delivered upon as an exact amount. The word count is meant as a guide for the writer who will make every effort to fall within fifty (50) words of your desired word count, either plus or minus. If that obligation cannot be met, we will inform you of the difficulty with an explanation of why, and wait for further instruction from you.

In the event that the word count does fall below your desired amount, no adjustments will be made in price for the content. Conversely, if the content provided you exceeds your desired word count, Bladeresearchinc.com will not charge you an extra fee.

Submission Of Content

Once your requested content has been completed, it will be submitted to you for review. You then have two (3) days to inform us of any changes or alterations needed. If we do not hear from you within that time frame, Bladeresearchinc.com will assume that the content was executed to your satisfaction. Only in the event of extreme circumstances outside of your control will Bladeresearchinc.com acknowledge your need for changes or revisions once the 3 (three) day review period has ended.

Revision Of Content

Bladeresearchinc.com allows for unlimited revisions of your content within reason. If we believe that our revision policy is being abused by a user, we will discontinue our business relationship without notice. A revision is defined as correcting grammatical errors, structure issues and minor adjustments to content. This revision policy in no way obligates us to a complete rewrite of content unless a gross error has been made on our part. If we do make an error that requires a rewrite, it will be submitted as quickly as deemed reasonable by Bladeresearchinc.com.

Grammar

Bladeresearchinc.com has editors on staff who take the time to proofread any content for accuracy, grammar and spelling before it is sent to you. As we are working with clients from all over the world, it is your responsibility to inform us of your preferred version of the English language. For example, if you require Australian or United Kingdom spellings. If you do not inform us of any such special requirement, your content will be submitted in the American English format.

Cancellation of Orders

If a client wishes to cancel an order, this must be done with a written notice to Bladeresearchinc.com. The client will still be held responsible for the payment of any expense that was incurred and/or any work which is already completed. This will be based on a percentage of the order completed. Clients may not attempt to cancel an order once it has been completed and will be responsible for the full agreed payment amount.

Copyright

During the fulfillment of an order, the copyright produced by any writer employed by Bladeresearchinc.com belongs to us and our writer. Upon receipt and payment for the content, the copyright is legally transferred to you, the buyer. This is an assumed transfer of copyright that does not require an individual written contract in order to make this agreement legally binding.

In addition, the contracts signed by our writers ensure that the copyrights for any content is solely yours once full payment for the work involved has been received in full.
