Pricing & Payment Policy

At Blade Research Inc., we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, timely, and precise academic support. To maintain our high standards and ensure fairness to our team of editors and writers, we operate under a strict Weekly Billing Model. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. 💰 The Weekly Billing Model

Our services for active class management are billed weekly, not per semester or per month.

  • Minimum Rate: Our pricing starts at $100 USD per week. The final rate may vary based on course complexity, workload volume, and urgency, as agreed upon with our Admin team.
  • Scope: One weekly fee covers ALL assignments, discussions, quizzes, and tasks due within that specific 7-day cycle.
  • No Lump Sums: We do not accept bulk payments for entire semesters (e.g., "$500 for 8 weeks"). Each week is billed individually to ensure flexibility and accuracy.

2. ⏳ Payment Deadlines & Service Continuity

For clients on Active Class Support:

  • Payment in Advance: Invoices for the upcoming week are generated by our Admin team prior to the start of the billing cycle. Payment must be received before work commences for that week.
  • The "Pay-as-You-Go" Rule: Our team begins work only upon confirmation of payment. If payment for Week 3 is not received by the deadline, work for Week 3 will not begin.
  • Adherence to Agreement: When you enroll for full-class support, you enter a binding agreement to adhere to the weekly payment schedule until the coursework is completed or formally terminated.

3. 🚫 Policy on Delayed Payments & Non-Communication

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. However, silence is not an acceptable response.

  • The Communication Clause: If you anticipate a delay in payment, you must communicate with our Admin team before the deadline. We are often willing to discuss short-term arrangements for reliable clients who communicate openly.
  • Zero Tolerance for Ghosting: It is unacceptable to pay for the first few weeks of service and then cease payment while ignoring our emails, messages, and calls.
  • Consequence: If a client fails to pay and fails to respond to two (2) consecutive follow-up attempts (via Email/WhatsApp), their account will be immediately suspended.
  • Work Stoppage: All ongoing work will halt immediately. We will not continue to allocate resources to unresponsive accounts.
  • Reactivation Fee: To resume services after a suspension due to non-payment and non-communication, a reactivation fee may apply, and previous work may not be guaranteed.

4. 🛑 Service Suspension & Data Retention

  • Immediate Suspension: Failure to adhere to the agreed pricing model or payment timeline results in immediate suspension of services.
  • Access to Work: Completed work delivered up to the last paid week remains accessible. However, no new deliverables will be released until the outstanding balance is cleared.
  • No Retroactive Billing: We do not bill for weeks where service was suspended due to non-payment. However, we also cannot guarantee the ability to "catch up" on missed weeks once service is resumed, as our team's schedule is allocated to active, paying clients.

5. 🤝 Our Commitment to You

In exchange for your timely adherence to this policy, Blade Research Inc. guarantees:

  • Priority Handling: Your tasks are prioritized immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Consistent Quality: You retain the same dedicated editor/team throughout your course.
  • Transparent Invoicing: Clear, itemized invoices sent weekly via email.
  • Direct Support: Immediate access to our Admin team for any billing queries.
