One of the important responsibilities of the teaching profession is to understand teacher rights and obligations under the law. Select one of the following issues relative to teacher rights and responsibilities: a) conditions of employment, b) teacher dismissal, c) teacher rights inside and outside the classroom, d) tort liability and e0 discrimination, equal opportunity and affirmative action. After researching a particular right and responsibility, prepare a reflection paper that summarizes your thinking about the legal protections and risks associated with being a teacher. This reflection paper should be at least 3 full pages.
