Your account is issued to you personally, on the strength of the assessment you sat. It may not be sold, rented, lent, shared, sub-contracted, or operated by anyone else — not a colleague, not a family member, not an agency, at any price and under any arrangement.

👤 The person who was vetted is the person who works

Every order you accept must be edited by you. If you cannot take work for a period, tell support and we will pause your queue. Handing it to someone else is the one thing we cannot allow, because our clients were promised the editor we tested.

🎥 We verify identity at random, and on suspicion

We run random ownership checks on live accounts throughout the year, and immediate checks whenever a pattern suggests an account is not being operated by its owner. A check may ask you to appear on a short live video call, to show photo identification, to hold a specific object or a hand-written note we name at the time, or to complete a short live editing exercise while sharing your screen.

⏱️ Checks are time-bound

When we open a check, your account is marked "Under Investigation" and your queue is closed to new orders while it runs. Work already assigned to you continues normally. Failing to respond within the stated window is treated the same as failing the check.

⛔ Confirmed account sharing ends the relationship

If we confirm an account has been sold, shared, or operated by a third party, it is terminated immediately and permanently, and any unreleased balance is forfeited under our terms. This is not a warning-first policy.
